elements into the real context, creating a kind of <strong>mixed reality<\/strong> (<strong>MR<\/strong>).<\/p><p>Augmented reality can be implemented in various fields, such as <strong>education<\/strong>, <strong>tourism<\/strong>, <strong>commerce<\/strong>, <strong>art<\/strong>, <strong>fitness<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jogroup.eu\/en\/business-consulting-digital-transformation-industry-40\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>industry 4.0<\/strong><\/a>, etc. We will shortly see some <strong>mixed experience for the user<\/strong>. Unlike virtual reality which, as anticipated, creates a completely virtual environment, AR allows users to interact with the real world in a more natural way.<\/p><p>Augmented reality works by exploiting a combination of hardware and software: the former can be a wearable device, such as <strong>AR glasses<\/strong>, or a mobile device, such as a <strong>smartphone<\/strong> or <strong>tablet<\/strong>.
